      MFG-900T HIGH STRENGTH GROUT      

MFG-900T  is a high strength, non-shrink grout, in powder form ready to use  which require only on site addition of water to produce non shrink grout of high performance.

It can be used in any consistency fluid to damp pack, it can be used for bedding , grouting and accurate bearing operations such as Gas or Steam Turbines, Presses, milling machines, Anchor bolts, Generators, Bridge bearing applications and many others.

The product has proven performance, non- shrink, excellent workability even at high ambient temperatures, high bond strength to steel and concrete, good impact resistance, early strength development even at fluid consistency and impermeable.

MFG-500S HIGH STRENGTH GROUT FOR CONSTRUCTION

MFG-500S    is a high strength, non-shrink construction  grout, in powder form ready to use  which require only on site addition of water to produce non shrink grout of high performance.

MFG-500S  formulated for use in plastic or flowable consistency, it can be used for bedding , grouting and void filling.

The product has proven performance, non- shrink, excellent workability, high bond strength to steel and concrete, good impact resistance, early strength development even at fluid consistency and impermeable.

MFG-600S HIGH STRENGTH FOUNDATION GROUT

MFG-600S  is a high performance, non-shrink epoxy based grouting material used for support of heavy equipment to ensure uniform transmission of static and dynamic loads to the equipment foundation.

MFG-600S is a three component consist of two part epoxy resin and carefully blended aggregate, at high temperature the product provides excellent resistance to creep, high compressive strength, modulus of elasticity and excellent resistance to cracking, the product has good adhesion to steel and concrete, the product is chemically stable for temperature upto 150C, the product also resistance to oil, synthetic lubricants, water and most chemical and cure quickly.
